DEP-SSA, IGNOU held a national seminar on "Technology Enhanced Collaboration for Improving Quality Education at Elementary Level", where the paper entitled, "Teachers' role in Technology Enhanced Collaborative Efforts for implementation of Keli-Kali Radio Programme of Karnataka at Elementary School Level - A case study" was presented.
